Emma

Of course, we have to start with the dog that "started it all" my Border Collie, Emma.

I got Emma back in 2017. She is my dream dog. When I got her it really kick started my photography to more dogs and animals than anything else. I have photos from when she was only 8 weeks old, until now as a almost 6 yr old. Her personality is definitely on the crazy side, lol, she is a very cautious dog towards other dogs and people so it has been interesting to see her grow and change through the years.

She is also very well trained in the different poses as she was pretty well raised to be a model dog, she takes her job very seriously. Whenever I try new lighting, poses, editing, whatever it may be her or Nana will most likely be the dog that is modelling for me.

Nana

So Nana is also a Border Collie, she is coming 3 years, and she is the niece to Emma! As cool as that is! However her personality is vastly different. Nana is a lot more outgoing and friendly to pretty much everybody, she has always just wanted to be the center of attention.

She is my next "go-to" model, as she loves to pose and she has a bit more patience for it than Emma does and most dogs!

Koda

Koda is a 8 year old, wolfdog (Minor wolf more malamute)

Mr. Koda Bear is actually not my personal dog, he belongs to my fiance, however as he is my family too he of course will be getting sick of me photographing him.

He is definitely the calmest of the 3 dogs, as he is a old man, and even though his breed is high strung, he is a couch potato. He does do very well for posing for me, however he doesn't quite "love" it so I try not to bug him to much. Though if I need a very hairy dog to work on different editing methods he is my go-to as he is the hairiest of dogs!
